Projects

My Focus

  • I’ve led multidisciplinary teams — from design and animation to live action and editorial. My approach centers on defining and evolving the creative process: using what’s proven, exploring what’s new, and adapting to the tools that move our craft forward.

    Leadership roles I’ve held:

    • Head of Design

    • Head of Studio

    • Creative Manager

    • Art/Associate/Creative Director

    • Director

  • Often serving as a creative translator, I thrive on aligning diverse perspectives — executives, marketing, product, production, and artists — around a shared goal.

It’s less about managing people or stakeholders, and more about understanding where each POV comes from — then bridging the gap between business intent and creative expression.

  • My career began on the box, building a solid creative foundation by working across many roles. Those early years taught me the language of production, and I use it to guide teams from concept to final frame. I’ve stayed curious ever since — exploring new tools and techniques, including emerging AI workflows, that refine our craft and make collaboration even stronger.

    Roles I’ve played:

    • Compositor

    • Designer

    • Editor

    • 2D Animator

    • 3D Generalist

    • Motion Designer

  • Some of my most rewarding work happens behind the scenes — recruiting, mentoring, and coaching creative talent. Over the years I’ve found that building a strong team is just as gratifying as building a great project — creating the conditions for others to succeed.

  • Whether I’m pitching a new campaign, presenting work in progress, or speaking at a conference, I focus on making real and meaningful connections. I believe clarity and tone are as important as the work itself — how ideas are shared can shape how they’re understood.

    Select speaking engagements:

    • OFFF — Barcelona, Sevilla, Milan

    • FITC — Toronto

    • CAMP Festival — Calgary

    • Adobe Creative Jam — Chicago

    • PromaxBDA — Los Angeles

  • I started my career during a creative revolution, when desktop tools redefined what was possible and the boundaries between disciplines blurred. I feel that same shift happening again today, and it reminds me why I fell in love with this work in the first place.

The tools will keep changing, but the spirit of discovery feels familiar — and I’m energized for what’s next.
